Qigong for Healthy Mind, Body, and Spirit: Shibashi

Boost your immunity and vitality! Join me and a group of practitioners from around the world in this weekly Qigong class. Shibashi was created by Qigong pioneer Professor Lin Housheng. This Qigong form is deeply relaxing and pleasurable to practice. It is a hybrid of Qigong and ‘Yang Style’ Taiji movements that have been choreographed into a smooth flowing sequence of 18 movements that are synched with slow, abdominal (Dan Tien) breathing - which is why this form is sometimes called Taiji Qigong. There are a total of 8 sets of Shibashi forms. On Sundays, we will only be learning set number 3.

Qigong for Health & Vitality

Boost your immunity and vitality!

Join me and a group of practitioners from around the world in this weekly Qigong class. Together, we will do breathing exercises to strengthen the lungs & energize our organs. We will learn meridian Qigong and 5 elements Qigong to balance our energy in the summer season, and to build strength, suppleness, and resilience in the body.
